It’s been a while since I saw something funny in Amsterdam. This small mistake made me giggle and pull out my camera. As you can see, the menu is a combination of Dutch and English, but not Dunglish, a bit like oil and vinegar not yet ready to be called dressing. Maybe it is Indian English.

Possibly some sort of Dunglish-Hinglish hybrid you’ve spotted in the wild there. Wonder if they get the occasional Dutch diner asking why the saag paneer is not in fact breaded.
